By providing us with the building drawings and details requested on our online DEC data form, we provide you with your formal DEC fee proposal.
All our DECs utilise approved software and are carried out by competent energy assessors defined under the National Occupational Standards. DECs are a visual representation (on a scale of A-G) and show the energy performance of the building in operation, based on actual energy consumption records, as recorded annually.

What it costs
Our extremely competitive DEC service is priced dependent on size of property. DECs start at £250 + VAT.
